As part of my private lesson system, I email my students (or their parents) monthly invoices, giving them a breakdown of the month’s payment and sharing information on how and when to pay. These are the invoices that I use, and now you can use them too :)

How to use:

Step 1: Download the template that fits your file needs.
Step 2: Input your personal information on one sheet.
Step 3: Copy/paste your info throughout the document.
Step 4: “Save As” your newly customized template.

Step 5: Save a new template for each of your students.
Step 6: Input their contact information on one sheet.
Step 7: Copy/paste their info throughout the document.

Step 8: Each month, fill out the month’s invoice tab.
Step 9: Export or “Print as a PDF” the month’s one-sheet invoice.
Step 10: Email the invoice to your student or parent.

Step 11: Repeat step 5 each year.
Step 12: Repeat steps 8-10 each month, for each student.
