Practice Cube
I like to practice technique every day. I’ve found, however, that if I do the same thing during my technique time for too many days in a row (as is my habit), my brain begins to shut off. I get stuck in a rut, and I stop improving.
So, I made a handy-dandy practice cube. I wrote a favorite technical exercises on each face, and I roll the cube every ten minutes to switch to a new activity.
